Born in Sacramento · 2013
Vampire Penguin is no ordinary penguin. Behind those nonchalant eyes is a caped character who misses his penguin family—and creates shaved-snow magic to bring friends and families together.
Founders Paolo and Leo San Luis brought together memories of Filipino ice candy with Hawaiian and Taiwanese shaved-ice traditions, creating a dessert that is light, creamy and wonderfully unexpected.
